What flours do you use?
We use a combination of a special blend to create the ultimate texture, taste and nutrition! While almond flour is an amazing ingredient in keto baking, we don’t rely on it solely. Most of our items contain a combination of almond flour, coconut flour, oat fiber, flaxseed and pasture raised grass fed collagen! This makes our treats typically much lighter than other keto bakery treats which means we can enjoy them more often! YES PLEASE!
What sweeteners do you use?
We use a combination of all natural sweeteners such as stevia, monk fruit, allulose and erythritol.
How many net carbs are in your treats?
Most have less than 2 net carbs per serving and all are less than 3. Our ingredients and nutritional information can be found on the nutritional information page.
Are your treats gluten free?
YES!! No worry of cross contamination either as we don’t use gluten containing ingredients at all.
Is Oat Fiber keto/low carb?
YES!!! Oat FIBER is not the same as oat flour. Oat fiber is an insoluble fiber made from the husk part of the oat. It has zero calories and zero net carbs! We use it in our baking mix in our baked goods because, well, it is just awesome in keto baking. It may also help keep your fuller longer, improve elimination and help control blood glucose levels.
